The Metaphysical Shop provides FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all US orders!

The Metaphysical Shop ships via the US postal service, FedEx, and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location.

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days if items are available, and you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged.

*We only ship to addresses within the US.

***COVID 19 Shipping Update***All orders from The Metaphysical Shop ship from the US and should arrive in a timely matter however potential shipping delays are possible due to Covid 19. 

It depends on where you are. Orders processed will typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. You will receive your tracking number when your order ships.

All of our items ship from warehouses within the US and we do our best to provide you with fast shipping. However, please note that the Coronavirus Pandemic could cause shipping speeds to vary.

Order Confirmation Email: 

Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email sent to the email address that you provided at checkout. Click the "Track Your Order" button and you'll be able to follow your order all the way from our shipping center to your door.

Your Account: 

If you registered, you can also get order status info. by logging into your account and clicking the "VIEW" button in your order history. The "TRACK ORDER" link will be provided on the page.

NOTE: It may take around 24 hours for tracking info to display on the curriers websites.

We have made it as easy as possible to return an eligible item to us.

Simply start your return by clicking on Start A Return.

Use our automated system to print your pre-paid shipping label.

The Metaphysical Shop will pay the return shipping as part of our Happiness Guarantee and a big thank you for your business.

All items are picked, packed and shipped from the US.

You can cancel your order by submitting your cancellation request on our Contact Us form. We will do our best to cancel your order providing you reach us before your package is packaged and/or shipped.
